Our current processing time is 2-4 business days.

What are the current shipping times?

Our shipping times are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Standard Time.

Do you offer same-day processing/shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer same day shipping at this time.

Do you guarantee shipping times?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the shipping time which your package will arrive at your home. However, Faith Farms is committed to always processing your order within 2-4 business days and we will ship your order upon processing completion.

What shipping method is used?

Faith Farms packages are delivered through the United States Postal Service.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, with orders of $50 or more!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Are there any additional fees for international customers?

Yes, international customers do receive an additional fee upon checkout.

Can I change the shipping address on an order?

Yes, you can change the address, as long as it has not already been processed and shipped, by contacting us at faithfarmsgms@gmail.com.

Will I be charged tax?

You will only be charged tax if you live in the state of Tennessee.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can absolutely cancel your order! However, no custom or bulk orders are able to be canceled.

I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Simply email us at faithfarmsgms@gmail.com letting us know and we will make sure you receive a confirmation.

What do I do if tracking states that my order has been delivered, but I never received it or my package has not moved in a few days?

You may follow up with the United States Postal Service at any time. However, if tracking says that your package has been delivered and it has not, you can file a claim with USPS here.

What do I do if my package is returned to Faith Farms?
