It contains goat milk, colloidal oatmeal, Epsom salt, baking soda, citric acid, and essential oil. This means adding this to a bath will make for a creamy and luxurious bathtub experience!

Do not use if allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients. Discontinue use if reaction or sensitivity occurs.

It was very relaxing in Luke warm water. Smelled relaxing. I may have used to much but the water “milked” up but not really thick. Just the right amount and not to many chunks of oats sticking to me either. It definitely felt fresher more relaxing and my skin loved it more so than store brand
